We offer worldwide shipping! Whether you're in the UK or anywhere else, we've got you covered.

We provide free shipping for all orders over £35. Shipping is free for all orders in Pakistan. For shipping in UK we charge £3.99. For all other countries we charge a flat rate of £5.99 for international shipping.

You can return any item within 14 days for a full refund, except for earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns are free for the UK and Pakistan. For international returns, customers must cover the return shipping cost.

At the moment we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery's journey.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can cancel by contacting us. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it for a refund.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
